Over the past 13 years, I’ve honed my expertise on what it takes to create a thriving online presence and run a profitable business. I’ve seen the rise of social media and I’ve had my business social accounts with thousands of followers deleted due to hackers. Throughout my journey, I’ve learned that a website is the cornerstone of any successful online presence. Running a business solely from social media is not an option anymore. You can’t control algorithm changes and you do not own these accounts. Social media is important, but it should be viewed as an extension of your website, not the only way to reach your audience.

I have over 20 years of experience in the digital world. I have experience as a senior project manager, general developer, system admin, and I have a degree in business management and information systems. I have also acquired a PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. More than anything else, I love working with teams.
Over my career, I’ve seen many successes and failures. I’ve seen businesses that have great products and services still struggle. They say they can’t get customers, they aren’t good with business, they don’t know marketing, they aren’t technical, etc. We all have our strengths and our weaknesses.
